You can begin by incorporating a few minutes of physical activity into your daily routine, such as taking a short walk or doing some light stretching. exercise, I would

    cardiovascular, strength, endurance and flexibility exercises. Given the results of the

    assessments, I can design a safe and effective program specific to you.
