Gentle Accessible

A Nurturing and Inclusive Practice for Every Body

I believe that the benefits of yoga should be available to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience. That's why we are proud to offer Gentle Accessible Yoga – a nurturing and inclusive practice designed to accommodate the unique needs and abilities of each participant.

Here is what to expect: pose adjustments to ensure that each pose is accessible and comfortable for your body; a focus on slow, mindful movements, allowing you to fully engage with each pose and listen to your body's needs; and breathing exercises and meditation techniques to help you cultivate a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Tuesday night classes are in person and Saturday classes are via Zoom. Click below to register.

Strength and Balance Fusion on ZOOM

This class combines Yoga, Pilates, Strength and Balance all in 30 minutes! Mat, chair and weights (optional) are recommended. Many options will be provided, and people are encouraged to work at their own pace.
